Video Concept and Production
Challenge: CMA Ontario’s Professional Development Institute needed to promote a brand new course. Competing with a lot of other reputable options, they needed a way to demonstrate the uniqueness of their offering.
Solution: Create a three minute video that introduces prospective students to the instructor, describes the four components of the course, visually illustrates the important points the course covers, and show some actual components that are key differentiators from the competition using real people.
Delivered: A script that laid out the story and included questions for the instructor/star to answer. We shot the video segments on location with an acting coach for the star and extras arranged by the client. In production we added in some motion graphics, stock footage, text, and edited it to a final three minute video, delivered for online use.
Results: With the help of the video as a promotional tool, the first seating was sold out in record time.
