Tom has spent so much time managing all aspects of the graphic design and print industry that no challenge is too big when it comes to Rapport's clients. Tom believes that having a clear understanding of strategic direction is absolutely vital to the success of both creative and production. He promises to be the client's advocate in that process. Tom has been involved in all aspects of online communications and print production as co-founder of a successful Toronto graphic design studio. He's excited to be part of Rapport where design isn't just something that looks good–but is more a critical function of marketing and sales.
