Challenge: JCI targets young professionals who want to become future leaders. This is an example of one annual event we worked on. All designs have to adapt to various print and web mediums as well as multimedia stage items, but remain consistent with the JCI brand. There are four area conferences across the world. Each uses the templates we create but are adapted to relate to the geographic area, by them or Rapport. Templates have to be easy to work in case non-professionals with little knowledge of graphic programs need to work with them.

Solution: Come up with a design that’s not only unique and creative but executed in a user-friendly fashion. This year we changed the previous square conference look to interactive circles and curves. The curves, along with a graphic illustration based on either a famous monument or building from each location, is what makes that certain area conference unique while still consistent in overall look and feel, and most importantly with corporate branding.

Delivered: Destination brochure, program brochure, marketing brochure, newsletter, website, eblasts, certificates, DVD covers, signs, stage and wall banners, name badges, posters, PowerPoints, business cards, logo package and style guides. All times four as each area conference had different art.

Results: JCI World Conference attendance increases year after year.
